Gala Bingo is trying to get help from its bingo players to help keep the tax low so that they can keep bingo costs down.

In this year's budget the Treasury announced some significant changes to bingo taxation which will have a damaging impact on the Gala bingo business. Gala Bingo have made their case to the Treasury that the bingo industry has been penalised and it is an unfair tax increase of GPT from 15% to 22%.
