Sky Bet have cut the price of video technology to be used for the 2014 World Cup to 4/11 following comments from FIFA president Sepp Blatter that the world's governing body will have to look again at using goal-line technology.

Frank Lampard's disallowed goal in England's 4-1 defeat to Germany has led to a public outcry but yesterday FIFA dismissed reports that they would review the situation. It’s now 2/1 (from 8/11) that video technology WON’T be introduced for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Sky Bet’s football betting spokesman Tim Reynolds said: “Something has to be done to avoid this situation happening again and following Sepp Blatter’s comments, it’s now looking more likely that FIFA will do something prior to the start of the 2014 World Cup.”
