This is the bit Mecca Bingo Aberdeen has over the older halls. The place sits in the retail park just off the A96, tucked below the Sainsbury's, with something like four hundred parking spaces sat right outside the doors. Pull in, park up, walk thirty seconds, sit down.

Coming by bus, there are stops a short walk off, and the railway station's a brief ride or a decent stretch of the legs away. The whole club's designed round the idea that you'll drive to it — which, if you've ever hunted for a city-centre space of an evening, is no bad thing.

And being a retail park, you can fold the bingo into a bigger trip — a shop before, or a bite and a wander round the units after. There's a Sainsbury's on the doorstep and Victoria Park round the corner if you fancy stretching your legs. It makes a full afternoon of it, not just a game and straight home.

Access and Who It's For

Wheelchair users are catered for — level entry, accessible seating and facilities — so there's no battling a staircase to reach a seat. Anyone with specific access needs is best phoning the club direct before setting out, just to be sure.

It suits the nervous first-timer, the crowd wanting a cheaper evening than town, and anyone who'll happily trade an old building's charm for a big warm hall with the car parked twenty feet away and a burger on the go. It's the easy option. Nothing wrong with easy.
