These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Glitzy Bingo. Please read them before using the site.
Glitzy Bingo (the "Website", "we", "us" or "our") is owned and operated by Rachael Bullock, a sole trader based in Derbyshire, England, trading as Glitzy Bingo. By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which together with these Terms form the agreement between you and us.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
Glitzy Bingo is an independent information and affiliate website about bingo, darts and related gambling entertainment in the United Kingdom. We publish news, reviews, guides, comparisons, opinion and other editorial content, and we host the Dauble word game and a user reviews feature.
We are not a gambling operator. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, clone, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any of our Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use the Glitzy Bingo™ name, the Dauble™ name, their logos, branding or any other trade mark, whether registered or unregistered, without our prior written permission. Cloning or copying this Website, or passing off any other site as Glitzy Bingo™, Dauble™ or an official Glitzy Bingo service, is a breach of these Terms and of our intellectual property rights, and we will pursue it. 5. Affiliate Relationships
Glitzy Bingo is an affiliate website. This means that some of the links to third-party operators on the Website are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or deposit at an operator after following one of them. This is at no additional cost to you.
These commercial relationships do not affect our editorial independence. No operator pays for a favourable review or rating, we do not accept paid placements or sponsored rankings, our opinions are our own, and the inclusion of any operator is not an endorsement or guarantee of their products or services. 8. The Dauble Game
Dauble is a free word game we provide for entertainment. It involves no gambling, no wagering and no real-money prizes unless expressly stated otherwise on the game page. We may change, update or withdraw the game, or any of its features, at any time. Any specific rules or promotions relating to the game will be set out on the relevant page and, where they conflict with these Terms, those specific rules will apply to the game.
9. Newsletter and Communications
If you sign up to our Daily Daub newsletter or any other mailing, we use a double opt-in process, meaning you confirm your subscription before we send you anything. 10. Use of AI
We are open about the fact that we use AI tools to help produce and edit some of our content. Every piece is checked, edited and shaped by us to reflect our own voice and standards, and our editorial judgement and expertise remain human. Nonetheless, no content, however produced, is guaranteed to be free of error, and it should not be relied upon without your own checks. We may correct, update or remove content at any time.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, affiliate disclosure and any terms shown for a particular feature or promotion, form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Website. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
